ParkPin 개인정보 처리방침

1. 개요

ParkPin(주차핀, 이하 "앱")은 주차 위치를 기록하고 다시 찾을 때 확인하는 앱입니다. 앱은 로그인 없이 기기에만 저장하는 방식과, 로그인 후 여러 기기에서 데이터를 동기화·백업하는 방식을 함께 제공합니다.

비로그인(게스트) 사용 시: 모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내부에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
로그인(Apple·Google) 사용 시: 계정 정보와 주차 관련 데이터가 클라우드(Supabase)에 저장·동기화되어 기기 변경·재설치 시 복원됩니다.

본 처리방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하고, 어디에 저장하며, 어떻게 보관·파기하는지를 설명합니다.

2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법

2-1. 로그인(계정) 사용 시 클라우드에 저장되는 정보

Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인하면 아래 정보가 서버(Supabase)에 저장·동기화됩니다.

계정 식별자: 사용자 고유 ID(UUID), 로그인 제공자(Apple/Google) 및 연동 식별자
이메일 주소(Apple 로그인 시 Apple이 제공하는 비공개 릴레이 이메일일 수 있음)
이름 또는 표시 이름(닉네임). 이름 미설정 시 앱이 임의 닉네임을 부여할 수 있습니다.
프로필 사진: 로그인 제공자가 제공한 사진 URL, 또는 사용자가 직접 올린 이미지 파일
차량 정보: 차량 번호판 또는 별칭, 표시용 차량명
주차 위치: 층·구역·장소 라벨, 자유 입력 메모, 저장 시각, 그리고 주차 저장 시 GPS 좌표(위도·경도, 야외 주차 지점 또는 실내·지하의 건물 위치)·야외 여부
주차장 구조 설정: 사용자가 구성한 층·구역·장소 목록
마지막으로 선택한 차량
레코드 생성·수정·저장 시각(타임스탬프)

2-2. 문의하기 이용 시

앱 내 문의하기를 이용하면 아래 정보가 처리됩니다.

문의 제목 및 내용
회신용 이메일 주소
앱 버전, 기기 정보(운영체제 종류 및 버전, 예: ios 17.0)

이 정보는 문의 응대를 위해 이메일 발송 서비스(Resend)를 통해 운영자 이메일로 전달됩니다.

2-3. 기기에만 저장되는 정보(서버 전송 없음)

비로그인(게스트) 사용자의 모든 데이터
주차 이력(과거 주차 기록): 로그인 여부와 관계없이 기기에만 저장되며 서버로 동기화되지 않습니다.
iOS 홈 위젯 표시용 공유 데이터(App Group, 동일 기기 내 공유)
자동 출차 기능의 위치·지오펜스 정보(운영체제 내 기기 로컬 처리)

2-4. 위치정보 처리 방식

앱 사용 중 위치(포그라운드): 야외 주차 위치를 저장하거나 길찾기를 할 때, 저장 버튼을 누르는 시점에 1회 현재 좌표를 가져옵니다. 권한을 거부해도 좌표 없이 저장할 수 있습니다. 로그인 상태에서 야외 주차 좌표는 클라우드에 동기화됩니다.
백그라운드 위치(항상 허용): "자동 출차 감지" 기능 전용입니다. 이 기능은 선택(옵트인) 기능이며 기본값은 꺼짐입니다. 사용자가 설정에서 직접 켤 때만 위치 권한을 요청하며, 주차 지점 주변 이탈을 감지해 확인 알림을 보냅니다. 이때 사용되는 위치 좌표는 기기 내에서만 처리되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

3. 개인정보의 이용 목적

회원 인증 및 계정 관리(로그인, 계정 식별)
주차 위치·차량·주차장 설정의 저장, 여러 기기 간 동기화 및 백업·복원
야외 주차 위치의 좌표 저장 및 주소 표시, 길찾기 연동
자동 출차 감지 알림 제공(사용자가 켠 경우)
문의 응대 및 고객 지원

ParkPin은 사용자를 프로파일링하지 않습니다. 다만 앱 일부 화면 하단에 배너 광고를 게재하며, 이를 위해 광고 사업자(Google AdMob)가 광고 식별자 등을 처리할 수 있습니다(아래 5·6항 참고).

4. 보관 기간 및 파기

로그인 사용자 데이터: 계정이 유지되는 동안 보관하며, 회원 탈퇴 시 관계 법령상 별도 보관 의무가 없는 한 지체 없이 파기합니다.
로컬(기기) 데이터: 앱 내 출차·초기화 기능을 사용하거나 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 제거됩니다.
비로그인 사용자: 데이터가 기기에만 저장되므로 서버에 보관되는 사본이 없습니다.

회원 탈퇴 시 계정, 프로필, 차량, 주차 위치, 주차장 설정, 문의 내역이 서버에서 삭제됩니다. 다만 이미 발송된 문의 응대 이메일은 운영자 메일함에 남을 수 있습니다.

5. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁

ParkPin은 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않으며, 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 사업자에게 처리를 위탁합니다.

Supabase Inc.: 인증·데이터베이스·저장소(클라우드 인프라) 운영. 데이터는 Northeast Asia(Seoul, ap-northeast-2) 리전에 저장됩니다.
Resend: 문의하기 이메일 발송. 문의 내용·이메일·앱 버전·기기 정보가 전달됩니다.
Apple, Google: 소셜 로그인 인증 제공자. 로그인 시 이메일·이름·프로필 사진 등이 제공될 수 있습니다.
Google AdMob(Google LLC): 앱 내 배너 광고 게재. 광고 제공·측정·사기 방지를 위해 광고 식별자(iOS IDFA / Android 광고 ID), 대략적 위치·기기 정보 등이 Google에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다.

앱스토어 최신 버전 확인(itunes.apple.com) 및 공지 콘텐츠 수신은 개인정보를 전송하지 않는 단순 조회입니다.

광고와 추적 동의: 기본적으로 비개인화 광고를 게재하며, 사용자가 iOS 앱 추적 투명성(ATT)과 동의 화면에서 허용한 경우에 한해 광고 식별자를 이용한 맞춤형(개인화) 광고가 게재될 수 있습니다. 동의는 기기 설정 또는 앱에서 언제든 변경할 수 있으며, ParkPin 자체는 광고 목적의 사용자 프로파일을 만들지 않습니다.

6. 개인정보의 국외 이전 관련 안내

사용자 데이터의 물리적 저장 위치는 대한민국(서울, ap-northeast-2 리전)입니다. 다만 처리위탁을 받는 Supabase Inc., Resend, Google LLC(AdMob)는 미국에 본사를 둔 사업자이며, 광고 관련 데이터는 Google의 정책에 따라 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다. Apple·Google 로그인 인증 과정에서도 각 사의 정책에 따라 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리 및 행사 방법

열람·수정: 앱 내 내 정보·프로필 편집에서 이름, 프로필 사진, 차량, 주차 정보를 확인·수정할 수 있습니다.
삭제·초기화: 앱 내 출차·초기화 기능으로 주차 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
회원 탈퇴: 앱 내 탈퇴 기능으로 계정 및 서버에 저장된 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
기타 열람·삭제 요청은 아래 문의처로 연락해 주세요.

Apple·Google 계정의 "이 앱으로 로그인" 연동 자체는 각 제공자의 계정 설정에서 별도로 해제할 수 있습니다.

8. 안전조치

앱과 서버 간 통신은 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)을 사용합니다.
서버 데이터는 행 수준 접근 제어(RLS)를 적용해 본인 계정의 데이터만 접근하도록 제한합니다.
세션 인증 정보는 사용자 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.

9. 만 14세 미만 아동

ParkPin은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 처리방침 변경 고지

이 처리방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 본 페이지를 갱신하고 상단의 시행일을 함께 수정하며, 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

ParkPin Privacy Policy

1. Overview

ParkPin is an app for recording where you parked and finding it again. The app offers both a device-only mode (no login) and a signed-in mode that syncs and backs up your data across devices.

Without signing in (guest): all data is stored only on your device and is not sent to any server.
Signed in (Apple or Google): your account information and parking data are stored and synced in the cloud (Supabase) so they can be restored when you change or reinstall the app.

This policy explains what information the app processes, for what purposes, where it is stored, and how it is retained and deleted.

2. Information We Collect and How

2-1. Stored in the cloud when you sign in

When you sign in with an Apple or Google account, the following is stored and synced on the server (Supabase).

Account identifiers: a unique user ID (UUID), the sign-in provider (Apple/Google), and linked identity data
Email address (for Apple sign-in this may be Apple's private relay email)
Name or display name (nickname); if you set no name, the app may assign a random nickname
Profile photo: a photo URL provided by the sign-in provider, or an image file you upload
Vehicle information: license plate or alias, and a display label
Parking location: floor/zone/place labels, a free-text note, save time, and GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude — the parking spot for outdoor, or the building location for indoor/underground) with an outdoor flag
Parking structure settings: the floors, zones, and places you configure
The last selected vehicle
Record timestamps (created/updated/saved)

2-2. When you use Contact/Inquiry

Using the in-app inquiry form processes the following.

Inquiry subject and message
Your reply-to email address
App version and device info (OS type and version, e.g. ios 17.0)

This is sent to the operator's email through an email delivery service (Resend) to respond to your inquiry.

2-3. Stored only on your device (not sent to any server)

All data of guest (not signed-in) users
Parking history (past parking records): kept only on your device and never synced to the server, regardless of sign-in state
Shared data for the iOS home-screen widget (App Group, shared within the same device)
Location/geofence data for the auto check-out feature (processed locally on the device by the OS)

2-4. How location is handled

Location while using the app (foreground): when you save an outdoor parking spot or get directions, the app reads your current coordinates once, at the moment you tap save. If you deny permission, you can still save without coordinates. When signed in, outdoor parking coordinates are synced to the cloud.
Background location (always allow): used only for the "auto check-out" feature. This feature is opt-in and off by default. Location permission is requested only when you turn it on in settings, and it detects when you leave the parking area to send a confirmation notification. The coordinates used here are processed only on your device and are not sent to any server.

3. Purposes of Use

Authentication and account management (sign-in, account identification)
Storing parking locations, vehicles, and parking settings, and syncing/backing up and restoring them across devices
Saving outdoor parking coordinates, showing addresses, and directions hand-off
Providing auto check-out notifications (when you enable it)
Responding to inquiries and customer support

ParkPin does not profile users. However, we show banner ads at the bottom of some screens, and for this the ad provider (Google AdMob) may process advertising identifiers and related data (see sections 5 and 6).

4. Retention and Deletion

Signed-in user data: retained while your account exists, and deleted without undue delay upon account deletion, unless a separate retention obligation applies under law.
Local (device) data: removed from your device when you use the in-app check-out/reset feature or delete the app.
Guest users: because data is stored only on the device, there is no server copy.

On account deletion, your account, profile, vehicles, parking locations, parking settings, and inquiry records are deleted from the server. However, inquiry-response emails already sent may remain in the operator's mailbox.

5. Third Parties and Processors

ParkPin does not sell your personal information and entrusts processing to the following providers to operate the service.

Supabase Inc.: authentication, database, and storage (cloud infrastructure). Data is stored in the Northeast Asia (Seoul, ap-northeast-2) region.
Resend: delivering inquiry emails. Inquiry content, email, app version, and device info are transmitted.
Apple, Google: social sign-in identity providers. Email, name, and profile photo may be provided at sign-in.
Google AdMob (Google LLC): serves in-app banner ads. To deliver, measure, and prevent fraud in ads, Google may process advertising identifiers (iOS IDFA / Android Advertising ID), coarse location, and device information.

App Store version checks (itunes.apple.com) and notice-content downloads are simple requests that transmit no personal information.

Ads and tracking consent: By default we show non-personalized ads. Personalized ads using the advertising identifier are shown only if you allow it via iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and the consent prompt. You can change your choice any time in device settings or in the app, and ParkPin itself does not build advertising profiles of users.

6. Note on Overseas Transfer

The physical storage location of user data is the Republic of Korea (Seoul, ap-northeast-2 region). However, the processors Supabase Inc., Resend, and Google LLC (AdMob) are headquartered in the United States, and advertising-related data may be processed outside Korea under Google's policies. Information may also be processed by Apple and Google under their own policies during sign-in.

7. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

Access/edit: view and edit your name, profile photo, vehicles, and parking info in the app's My Info / profile editing.
Delete/reset: delete parking data with the in-app check-out/reset feature.
Account deletion: delete your account and server-stored data with the in-app account deletion feature.
For other access or deletion requests, contact us using the details below.

The "Sign in with this app" link for your Apple/Google account can be revoked separately in each provider's account settings.

8. Security Measures

Communication between the app and server uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Server data uses row-level security (RLS) so you can access only your own account's data.
Session credentials are stored on your device.

9. Children Under 14

ParkPin is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised as laws or the service change. When it changes, we update this page and the effective date above, and provide notice of significant changes through the app or this page.
