주차핀 이용약관

1. 목적

이 약관은 주차핀(ParkPin, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 이용자·운영자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

2. 서비스 내용

주차 위치 기록·조회, 지도 길찾기 연동, (선택 기능) 자동 출차 감지 알림을 제공합니다.
로그인 시 데이터를 클라우드에 백업·동기화합니다. 비로그인 시 데이터는 기기에만 저장됩니다.
서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 앱 내 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다.

3. 계정

Apple·Google·이메일로 로그인할 수 있으며, 이용자는 계정 정보를 정확히 유지할 책임이 있습니다. 앱 내에서 언제든 회원 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

4. 이용자의 의무

법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 용도로 서비스를 이용하지 않습니다.
서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하거나, 역설계·무단 복제·자동화 남용을 하지 않습니다.

5. 위치·주차 정보의 정확성 (중요)

주차 위치, 좌표, 자동 출차 감지 등은 참고용 보조 기능이며 정확성·적시성을 보장하지 않습니다. 기기·네트워크·위치 환경에 따라 지연되거나 부정확할 수 있으므로, 실제 주차 위치 확인과 차량 관리의 최종 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

6. 광고

서비스에는 제3자 광고(Google AdMob)가 포함될 수 있습니다. 광고 관련 데이터 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

7. 개인정보

개인정보의 수집·이용·보관은 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.

8. 서비스의 변경·중단

운영자는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

9. 책임의 제한

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 관계 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 그러하지 아니합니다.

10. 준거법 및 분쟁

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 관계 법령이 정한 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.

11. 약관의 변경

이 약관은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 갱신하고 시행일을 함께 수정합니다.

ParkPin Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of ParkPin (the "Service") and the rights and obligations of users and the operator.

2. The Service

Records and shows parking locations, offers map directions, and (optionally) auto check-out detection notifications.
When signed in, data is backed up and synced to the cloud; when not signed in, data stays on your device.
The Service is free and may include in-app ads.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email, and are responsible for keeping your account information accurate. You can delete your account any time in the app.

4. User Obligations

Do not use the Service in violation of law or infringing others' rights.
Do not disrupt normal operation, reverse-engineer, copy without authorization, or abuse automation.

5. Accuracy of Location/Parking Info (Important)

Parking locations, coordinates, and auto check-out detection are assistive, for-reference features and are not guaranteed to be accurate or timely. They may be delayed or inaccurate depending on device, network, and location conditions, so you are ultimately responsible for verifying your actual parking location and managing your vehicle.

6. Advertising

The Service may include third-party ads (Google AdMob). Ad-related data processing follows the Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy

Collection, use, and retention of personal information follow our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and Suspension

The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service, and will provide notice of significant changes through the app or this page.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service, except for damages caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as needed; we update this page and the effective date when they change.
